Thank you for your interest in the Township of Union Education Foundation.  We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit charitable organization whose purpose is to raise funds for creative and educational programs in the public schools in the Township of Union.  Established in 2001, we have donated over $160,000 for programs in our school system.  We hope you will  help us to continue to "pay it forward" to our students.

The mission of the Township of Union Education Foundation is to make available those resources that will enrich the learning process of students so that they can possess the skills and attitudes to be productive citizens in an increasingly complex, competitive and changing world.  To meet this challenge, the Education Foundation will strive to enhance the quality of education of all Union students by supporting and encouraging the development of innovative programs and projects which comply with but are not budgeted for by the district.

Grant applications will be due on February 28, 2018   Grant applications can be received from teaching staff, supervisors, principals and the Superintendent of Schools.

Walkway of Honor

The Township of Union Education Foundation announces an exciting fund-raiser.  A "Walkway of Honor"  has been constructed adjacent to the front entrance of Union High School and YOU can be part of it by purchasing an engraved brick to honor an important occasion or person in your life. The cost of a beautiful red brick is only $50.00!

Why We Do It
​​Our public schools today are facing the constant challenge of doing more with less.  Higher operating costs and budget caps affect the use of limited funds.  The Education Foundation funds go directly to our students in the form of grant materials for their teachers.  Teachers are excited to use new materials, students become more enthusiastic learners.  Everyone benefits!

Donations are always gratefully accepted.  Checks may be made payable to TUEF and sent to:  TUEF, P.O. Box 1282, Union, NJ 07083  or use PAYPAL.
Fund-raising Events:  Our annual Spring reception, Dining to Donate at area restaurants, our December Educator Tribute campaign and others.  Keep checking our web page for continuing information.
On-going Fundraisers:  Purchase a brick in our Walkway of Honor or purchase a Tribute Card to honor or memorialize a special person
